Return Policy:
We will be glad to replace any item that is damaged as a result of shipping or has an obvious material defect or an error on our part, just send the item back and we’ll replace it free of charge. All orders are fulfilled exactly how you fill out during the order process so please double and triple check spelling, fonts and graphics as personalized products can not be returned. We have been known as softies at times, let’s say you ordered a personalized frame as a gift to give to your wife for your Anniversary. You ordered a frame saying “Happy 10th Anniversary – May 15th, 2006”. She opens it, loves it at first, then smacks you. Turns out your Anniversary is May 16th. Whoops. Anyway, you can’t use a frame like that so contact us and we’ll let you reorder it at ½ price with the correct date on it. Please email us should you have any questions during the order process, just don’t ask us what day your Anniversary is.
